Job summary

United Future is seeking a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) in Oakland to run therapy center operations, balance budgets, and treat a full patient caseload. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance and documentation, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include overseeing center staff performance, coordinating with operations leadership, maintaining OSHA safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and basic proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for shifts, use safe body mechanics to transfer patients, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
