Job summary
Ashton North LLC seeks a Treating Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT) to oversee a therapy center's operations and finances while treating a full patient caseload in Oakland, CA.
Lead Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and caseload efficiency, and drive growth through local referral sources.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand/walk for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
- Contribute to center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and OSHA.
- Oversee clinic maintenance, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
