You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality documentation while optimizing center profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy with licensure.
• Experience supervising staff and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, conduct performance reviews, and manage employee relations.
• Operations: Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Compliance: Adhere to State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Facility Management: Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
