Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple experience levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. You will advise leaders on treasury transformation, lead TMS initiatives, design future-state models, and help clients optimise cash, liquidity, and risk management while delivering high-value outcomes.

The role offers exposure to multiple industries and international projects, with flexible location near major RSM offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury-related technologies such as Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, or Reval.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimisation projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Assess, troubleshoot, test, and support treasury technology solutions throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Train and advise clients on the effective use of treasury systems and related technologies.
• Support treasury process improvement initiatives across cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and risk management activities.
• Assist clients with treasury policy development, governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Participate in business development, proposal development, pre-sales activities, and client relationship management.
• Develop project plans, manage project workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
