Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple levels to join our Global Treasury Practice. You will work on Treasury Technology, Operations, and Advisory projects, helping clients modernize and optimize treasury functions.

You will collaborate with clients to implement TMS, improve cash management, forecasting, and risk management, while mentoring junior staff in a fast-growing, multinational firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury tech platforms such as Kyriba, SAP Treasury, FIS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations and optimizations.
• Design and evaluate current-state and future-state treasury operating models.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and write functional/technical specs.
• Assist with treasury policy development, governance, and controls.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional project workstreams and client relationships.
