Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple experience levels to join our expanding Global Treasury Practice. Roles range from Senior Associate to Manager, focusing on Treasury Technology, Operations, Advisory, and Finance Transformation within Financial Services clients.

You will work with clients to modernize treasury organizations, optimize processes, implement technology solutions, and improve financial performance across domestic and international engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury-related tech (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, treasury teams, finance orgs, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional/technical specifications.
• Assess, troubleshoot, test, and support treasury technology solutions throughout lifecycles.
• Train and advise clients on treasury systems and related technologies.
• Support treasury process improvement across cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and risk management.
• Assist clients with treasury policy development, governance, controls, and operating procedures.
• Contribute to finance transformation, automation, and digital treasury initiatives.
• Participate in business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Develop project plans, manage workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality outcomes.
