Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking Treasury Consulting professionals across multiple experience levels to join our Global Treasury Practice in New York and other major markets. You will advise treasury, finance and operations leaders, and lead or support TMS implementations, process optimization, and operating-model design to improve client performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and treasury-related technologies (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval or similar).

Responsibilities

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state treasury processes and design future-state operating models and solutions.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Train and advise clients on treasury technology solutions throughout lifecycles.
• Develop project plans, manage workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality project outcomes.
