Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a Director of Treasury Systems Support to own the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of treasury technology platforms worldwide. You will lead a high-performing team, define the technology roadmap, and ensure regulatory and financial control standards across Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and the broader enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Technology roles with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP).
• Strong knowledge of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs) and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems including TMS and payment platforms.
• Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap.
• Lead production support, incident management, and DR/BC planning.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
