Job summary

Pacific Life in Newport Beach seeks a Director, Treasury Systems Support to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of treasury technology platforms including TMS, payment hubs, and bank connectivity. You will own the roadmap, oversee production support, disaster recovery, and vendor management while partnering with Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and ERP teams.

You will drive data quality for cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting, and mentor a high-performing treasury systems team

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Technology roles.
At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury).
Strong understanding of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs) and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems (TMS, payment hubs, bank connectivity).
Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap.
Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and upgrades.
Ensure high availability, incident management, and disaster recovery for treasury platforms.
Oversee payment processing across ACH, wires, RTGS, checks; manage bank connectivity methods.
Deliver accurate data for cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting; enhance dashboards and data quality.
Ensure SOX, cybersecurity, access controls, and data governance compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and contract/SLAs; coordinate testing with banking partners.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and ERP initiatives.
