Job summary

Pacific Life seeks a Director of Treasury Systems Support to own the end-to-end life cycle of treasury technology platforms, including TMS and payment hubs. You will drive strategy, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and the broader enterprise to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead and develop a high‑performing treasury systems team, oversee incident management, risk and controls, and ensure data quality and regulatory alignment

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CTP designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems, including TMS, payment platforms, and bank connectivity solutions.
• Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap aligned with treasury strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and integrations with ERP and finance platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of treasury platforms and oversee incident management and DR/BC planning.
• Enable payment processing across ACH, wires, RTGS, checks, and emerging payment rails; oversee bank connectivity methods (SWIFT, APIs, H2H).
• Deliver accurate, auditable data for cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity stress testing, and reporting.
