Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks a Director of Treasury Systems Support to own the end-to-end treasury technology stack, including TMS, payment hubs, and bank connectivity. You will define the technology roadmap and partner with Treasury, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Treasury/Finance/Technology, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience implementing and managing Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury).
• Strong understanding of banking connectivity (SWIFT, APIs), payment platforms, ERP integrations, and treasury operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of treasury systems (TMS, payment platforms, bank connectivity).
• Define and maintain the treasury technology roadmap aligned with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new systems and integrations with ERP/finance platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of treasury platforms; oversee production support.
• Oversee disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity for treasury systems.
• Enable payments across ACH, wires, RTGS, checks; manage bank connectivity methods (SWIFT, APIs).
• Deliver accurate, auditable data for cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting; enhance dashboards.
• Lead governance, controls, and risk management; support audits and remediation.
