First Community Bank is seeking a Treasury Services Support Specialist to assist internal and external customers with digital banking, ACH origination, and merchant services. In this role you will maintain customer records, answer inquiries by phone or email, and ensure adherence to operational procedures while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years banking experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records and archive documentation for Digital Business Banking and Treasury Services.
• Provide customer service by phone or email for Digital Business Banking and related services.
• Meet service level expectations for setup and training; some in-person visits may be required.
• Submit service tickets to handle increases and inquiries, and keep documentation archived.
• Support market staff and participate in special projects related to Commercial/Treasury Services.
