Job summary

Foothills Bank seeks a customer-focused specialist to support Business Internet Banking, including referrals for new cash management customers and TM services. Travel to branches and customer visits may be required to educate staff and troubleshoot TM issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of TM Products.
• Partner with Branch Manager and Loan Officers on customer building/relationships with TM Services.
• Determine existing customer needs and potential.
• Cross-sell TM Products.
• Work with referring branches on TM services.
