Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist to provide comprehensive support for Business Internet Banking and TM services. You will travel to branches and customers, educate staff and clients on TM products, and collaborate with loan officers to grow customer relationships.

The role emphasizes high service levels, detailed documentation, and adherence to policies, enabling strong customer experiences across on-site branches in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of TM Products.
• Partner with Branch Manager and Loan Officers on customer relationships with TM Services.
• Determine existing customer needs and potential.
• Cross-sell TM Products.
• Work with referring branches on TM services.
• Provide customer presentations and travel to branches/customers as needed.
• Teach staff about TM products and educate on compliance and processes.
• Assist with TM troubleshooting via calls, emails, and chats.
