Job summary

Foothills Bank in Arizona seeks an experienced TM Services specialist to support Business Internet Banking, handle referrals, change requests, NetTeller setups, and provide expert troubleshooting both over the phone and on site.

You will partner with Branch Managers and Loan Officers to build relationships, assess customer needs, cross-sell TM products, travel to branches and customers, and train staff on TM policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and branch support for Business Internet Banking services.
• Oversee referrals and change requests for Cash Management customers.
• Assist with Business NetTeller setups, customer calls, and troubleshooting.
• Travel to branches and to customers as needed.
• Educate staff on TM products and present to customers.
