Job summary

First Interstate Bank seeks a Treasury Support Specialist II to provide technical and operational support for Treasury Management clients, including Online Banking, ACH/Wires, and related services. You will train customers and assist branch personnel.

You will collaborate with Treasury staff, support product enhancements, and address inquiries across channels. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are required; strong customer service and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong computer and financial skills with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and operational support to customers and branch personnel for Treasury products (Online Banking, ACH/Wires, Merchant Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, etc.).
• Responds promptly to client inquiries and ensures complete and accurate resolution of Treasury-related questions.
• Assists with special projects, system upgrades and conversions.
• Works with Treasury personnel and branch teams to address questions related to Treasury products and processing.
• Supports adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
