Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan, seeks a Treasury Management Officer to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships in Commercial Banking. Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with prospecting focus.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership to market, prospects and clients on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences, webinars and media.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all relationships.
