Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan, seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships across the Philadelphia market.

You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies, partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cash management, sales and relationship management.
• Proven ability to prospect and grow new treasury business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships with COIs and consultants.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and top performance.

Responsibilities

• Grow treasury management revenue by sourcing new business.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and solutions.
