Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with J.P. Morgan, seeks a Treasury Management Officer for its Commercial Banking team. You will generate new treasury management business, deepen client relationships, and leverage deep product knowledge to shape a localized market and product strategy with cross-functional partners.

You will lead conversations with senior clients, drive cross-sell opportunities, and deliver working capital solutions while managing risk and profitability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit & risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs and internal teams.
• Strong time management and planning abilities.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding client relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business reviews and engage solutions specialists for complex client reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of assigned relationships.
