Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Solutions Sales professional to drive consultative sales of cash flow management products to heavily serviced client groups. You will build strategic plans, partner with bankers and product teams, and independently manage a client portfolio with working capital needs.

The role emphasizes strong client relations, risk-aware advisory, and precise reporting of sales activities and revenue progress, aligning with Truist's purpose and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Preferred: 5+ years Treasury/Cash Management Analyst experience.
• Deep knowledge of Treasury Management Solutions.
• Certified Treasury Professional.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and develops partnerships to drive client and prospect opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with TS needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies; escalates issues and risks to leadership.
• Consults with clients effectively via in-person, email, voicemail or virtual meetings.
• Reports accurately on sales efforts and revenue progression.
