Job summary

Truist is seeking a consultative sales professional to deliver Treasury Solutions to corporate and business client groups. You will partner with bankers and product teams to identify opportunities and manage a diverse client portfolio focused on working capital, liquidity, and risk mitigation.

You will engage through multiple channels, maintain detailed relationship plans, and report on sales activities and revenue while adhering to Truist policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client and prospect opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities.
• Independently manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develops detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, reporting, and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership when needed.
• Communicates effectively via in-person and virtual channels to consult with clients.
• Records and reports on sales efforts and revenue progress.
