Job summary

Truist is seeking a consultative sales professional to drive Treasury Solutions for an assigned client group, focusing on cash flow management, risk mitigation, and working capital optimization. You will partner with bankers and product teams to identify opportunities and manage a diverse client portfolio.

The role requires 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain CTP within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank’s Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client and prospect opportunities to meet revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership as needed.
• Communicates with clients via in-person, email, or virtual meetings.
