Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions sales professional to lead consultative selling within designated client groups. You will apply a cash flow management and liquidity focus to mitigate risk and drive revenue across Corporate, Real Estate, Business Banking, and Wealth segments.

You will develop relationship plans, collaborate with bankers and product partners, manage a portfolio of TS clients, and deliver working capital solutions including receivables, payables, and information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with demonstrated sales in finance/treasury.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products.
• CTP certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.
• 7+ years of sales experience in financial or treasury products (preferred).
• CFA designation (preferred).
• Knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices (preferred).
• Subject area expert in one or more skill sets or product areas (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and collaborates with lines of business to drive client opportunities and revenue growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Independently manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and proactively escalates risks to leadership.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Maintains accurate reporting of sales efforts and progression.
