Truist is seeking a seasoned Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultants across Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Community Bank, Business Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management client groups. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Treasury/Cash Management knowledge and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and collaborates with line of business to identify and drive client opportunities to achieve revenue and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for collaboration on opportunities and strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and knowledge of receivables, payables, and liquidity solutions.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions, including reporting and liquidity management.
• Adheres to all policies; escalates issues and risks as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports on sales efforts, progression, and revenue accurately.
