Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Client Officer to manage and grow treasury revenue within the HTSRA Tech Industry portfolio in the Northeast. The role involves coordinating with Relationship Managers and other partners to position treasury products, negotiate pricing, and drive client adoption of digital payments and real-time services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to core KPIs within our clients' treasury operations ecosystems.
• Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.

Responsibilities

• Pursues client prospect opportunities outside of the portfolio with partners across the enterprise.
• Positions US and international treasury solutions that best fit client needs with daily client interactions.
• Leads pricing and negotiation discussions for TM products to optimize profitability.
• Acts as a digital ambassador driving mobile and real-time payments adoption and strategic client dialogues.
• Participates in CMP to deepen relationships by identifying client needs.
• Oversees implementation of solutions from start to finish for a smooth revenue path.
• Drives revenue growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, and RFP responses.
• Leads negotiations with clients to maximize portfolio profitability and YoY revenue growth.
