Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Associate I for Global Payment Solutions on HTSR. The role supports end-to-end treasury sales processes, client onboarding, pricing, and coordination with product partners.

Based in the United States with offices in New York, Boston, or Charlotte, the candidate will travel up to 5% and work with Healthcare, Technology, Sponsors, and Restaurants segments to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
• Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen enabling effective problem solving, analysis of trends and opportunities, risk management and preparation for client meetings.
• Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supports end to end treasury sales process for HTSR team to grow revenue domestically and internationally.
• Maintains accuracy of sales data across core systems (deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, pricing).
• Produces and supports client and portfolio level analysis (profitability, revenue, product usage).
• Assists with client onboarding and CMP processes and revenue tracking.
• Prepares analysis and presentation materials for client meetings.
• Completes card agreements and gathers documentation for implementation.
