Job summary

Truist seeks a seasoned Treasury Solutions salesperson to drive consultative sales across corporate and commercial client groups. You will manage a portfolio with a focus on risk-mitigated working capital solutions, engaging product partners, and strategic client planning to grow revenue.

The role requires a solid foundation in treasury products, a track record in sales, and the ability to develop detailed client relationship plans. Regular, on-site work in the Washington, D.C. area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plan to achieve revenue and portfolio growth for assigned client portfolio.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities.
• Independently manage a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develop detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provide client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adhere to policies and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Consult with clients via in-person, email, voicemail or virtual meetings.
• Report sales progress and revenue accurately.
