Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Richmond, VA seeks a consultative Treasury Solutions Sales professional to serve assigned client groups across Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Community Bank, Business Banking, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, collaborates with lines of business to drive client opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Independently manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues and risks as needed.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, and virtual meetings.
• Delivers accurate reporting of sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
