Job summary

Truist seeks a results-driven Treasury Solutions sales professional to consult on cash flow management for a diverse client base, including corporate and business banking segments. You will collaborate with internal partners, develop strategic client plans, and manage a portfolio with emphasis on risk mitigation and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products/services.
• Preferred 5+ years of Treasury/Cash Management Analyst experience.
• Deep knowledge of Treasury Management Solutions.
• Certified Treasury Professional is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales plan and partner with lines of business and internal partners to grow revenue and portfolios.
• Foster relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic client planning.
• Independently manage a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Develop detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects to identify retention and new business opportunities.
• Provide working capital services (receivables, payables, information reporting, liquidity solutions).
• Adhere to policies and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Consult with clients via in-person or virtual meetings.
• Accurately report on sales efforts, progress, and revenue.
