Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Treasury Solutions Sales professional to deliver consultative cash flow management and working capital solutions to a diverse client base, including Corporate and Investment Bank, Commercial Real Estate, and Wealth Management teams.

You will develop relationship plans, collaborate with product partners, and independently manage a portfolio of TS clients while driving revenue and portfolio growth. Strong banking knowledge and CTP in a year are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months.
• Deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client opportunities to exceed revenue objectives.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs.
• Delivers accurate reporting of sales activities and revenue.
• Ensures compliance with policies and escalating issues when needed.
