Job summary

OMB Bank in Springfield, MO is seeking a Treasury Services Specialist to join our community bank. The role focuses on implementing, supporting, and training clients on a range of treasury services, including ACH origination, online banking, remote deposit capture, and cash management tools.

You will be the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of one to three years of bank experience; or a combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of cash management products and services, online banking, ACH, wire, and bank operations.
• Jack Henry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily service and support inquiries and act as main customer contact.
• Open accounts, ACH origination, remote deposit capture, and positive pay.
• Manage commercial online banking, bill pay, and cash management tools.
• Provide enhanced account analysis and assist with sweep accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver relationship banking.
