Job summary

FCB Banks is seeking a Cash Management Professional to support cash management and treasury services for business and consumer customers in Illinois. You will ensure accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing of electronic banking products and payments systems, while delivering high-quality service.

You will coordinate with customers and bank personnel, handle ACH/wire activity, and stay compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintenance, and servicing of cash management products and services for customers.
• Process ACH and wire activity and related requests accurately.
• Provide training and guidance on online banking platforms and treasury services.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and bank policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail while maintaining service standards.
