Bank of Colorado seeks a Treasury Sales Officer to drive revenue growth and deposit expansion in assigned markets through proactive prospecting and new client acquisition.

The role combines business development with deep treasury expertise, partnering with Treasury onboarding and support teams to deliver consultative cash management solutions and ensure post-sale success. Occasional in-office collaboration is required to maintain strong market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5 years of bank and/or cash management experience.
• Prior experience in a business development role with measurable results.
• CTP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prospect, identify, and close new treasury management relationships with business clients in assigned market(s).
• Expand treasury product usage and fee income within existing commercial and business banking relationships.
• Lead treasury-related sales efforts in partnership with Commercial Loan Officers and other bank staff.
• Serve as the primary treasury advisor in client conversations, delivering consultative solutions aligned to client cash flow, payments, and fraud prevention needs.
• Develop and lead external client reviews and presentations to ensure all necessary documents and details are presented accurately.
• Maintain strong visibility and involvement in the business community to drive referrals and market presence.
• Collaborate with treasury onboarding, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipeline, goals, and activity reporting while maintaining accountability for market results.
• Regularly exercising independent judgement and discretion over matters of significance.
