Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a Treasury Sales Officer to lead revenue growth and solutioning for Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Higher Education clients in the Denver area. You will coordinate with cross‑functional partners to tailor treasury solutions, manage complex opportunities, and drive client events and strategic dialogues.

The role requires 3+ years in treasury sales, strong relationship management, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Treasury Sales Officer Experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time.
• Proven track record in treasury management sales with broad product knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Executive presence and ability to engage C-suite and Revenue Cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product experts in Global Transaction Services engagements and close complex deals.
• Manage treasury revenue streams and product penetration for Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Higher Education accounts.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Credit Officers, FX, and other partners to deliver tailored treasury solutions.
• Drive client conversations on digital strategies, payments, liquidity and eCommerce.
• Lead pricing, proposals, and client-facing treasury presentations with a focus on profitability.
