Job summary

Truist is seeking a proactive Treasury Solutions sales professional to drive consultative sales across multiple client groups, focusing on cash flow management and working capital solutions. Build strong partnerships with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities and grow revenue.

The role requires managing a portfolio of TS needs, developing detailed relationship plans, and delivering liquidity and information reporting solutions while adhering to policies and reporting accurately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience in financial or treasury products.
• Deep knowledge of Working Capital solutions.
• Must obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months.
• 7+ years of sales experience in financial/treasury products.
• CFA designation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices.
• Subject matter expert in one or more specific skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, partners with lines of business to identify and drive client opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of TS needs with working capital concepts.
• Develops detailed relationship plans for clients and prospects.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables/payables/reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership when needed.
• Consults with clients via in-person or virtual methods.
• Reports on sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
