Job summary

Truist is seeking a seasoned Treasury Solutions sales professional to consultatively sell TS products to an assigned client group, focusing on cash flow management and risk mitigation. You will manage a portfolio of clients, collaborate with bankers and product partners, and develop relationship plans to drive revenue and growth.

You will provide working capital services and liquidity solutions, ensuring compliance with policies while reporting on sales progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products/services.
• Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions.
• Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan, develops strong partnership with line of business and internal partners to drive client sales opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities and strategic client planning.
• Independently manages a portfolio of TS clients with working capital needs and knowledge of banking products.
• Develops detailed relationship plans to identify retention and new client acquisition opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services and solutions including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and procedures; escalates issues and risks to leadership.
• Consults with clients via in-person, email, voicemail, or virtual meetings.
• Reports accurately on sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
