Archer in Charlotte, partnering with JPMorgan Chase, seeks a Treasury Sales Associate to drive new sales targets, manage client relationships, and grow portfolios within Commercial Banking. The role provides a three-year development plan toward senior treasury positions.

You will work with TMO to craft treasury solutions, coordinate with product partners, and navigate pricing and billing processes while building a strong client network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years banking/treasury experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to understand Treasury products, pricing, and billing processes.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer on client proposals to identify Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability modelling.
• Prepare client call materials including relationship reviews, pitch books and account plans; conduct customer research.
• Develop understanding of clients' treasury cash management structures and objectives.
• Coordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutions.
• Understand competitors' product offerings and positioning in the client and market.
• Support sales cycle with pipeline management; ensure services and pricing setup is timely and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation, ramp-up and pricing/billing.
