Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Project Manager for Ripple Treasury, based in the Americas with a focus on Latin America and the United States. You will oversee client implementations, manage scope, timelines, and deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple currencies and time zones.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of client-facing project management, strong communication skills, and experience with SaaS or B2B software. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing project management experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously with remote/global teams.
• Technical understanding of Treasury Management Systems or financial software is advantageous.
• Proactively recognizing, monitoring and handling project risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to agreed standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for client project teams, building trust and aligning on goals, achievements, and expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with Ripple Treasury’s methodology.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align objectives.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States.
• Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams across Latin America and US banking partners.
• Define and supervise critical success factors for each engagement and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, clarify roles, and escalate issues to leadership.
• Establish project governance and delivery oversight.
• Lead project communications to client executives and internal teams.
• Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
