Job summary

Ripple Treasury is seeking a Project Manager to guide client implementations across Latin America and the United States. Based in Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Chicago, the role demands strong oversight, a process-driven approach, and the ability to coordinate across time zones and languages.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and communicate with client executives to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing project management in SaaS or B2B software.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across levels.
• Experience leading multiple projects with global teams.
• Business-level Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
• Existing right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations.
• Serve as the point of contact for client project teams.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans per Ripple PM methodology.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Latin America and the United States across time zones and languages.
• Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams with Latin America and US partners.
• Define and supervise critical success factors for each engagement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues.
• Establish project governance and delivery standards compliance.
• Lead project communications with client executives and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
