Job summary

Ripple Treasury seeks a Project Manager to guide client implementations across Latin America and the United States, based in Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Chicago. You will oversee scope, timelines, and resources, coordinating across time zones and languages to ensure successful delivery of Ripple Treasury solutions.

You will work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, manage bank connectivity workstreams, and proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing project management, preferably with SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
• Strong relationship-building and influence skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, often with remote/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the point of contact for client project teams, aligning goals and expectations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans per Ripple Treasury PM methodology.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate delivery across Latin America and the United States, across time zones and languages.
• Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams across banking partners.
• Define and supervise critical success factors for each engagement.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; clarify roles and responsibilities; escalate issues to leadership.
• Establish project governance, ensuring oversight and compliance with standards.
• Lead project communications to client executives and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency.
