Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years in banking, business development, treasury management, or related sales.
• Strong knowledge of deposit products and business banking services.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, present solutions, and close opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and core banking/digital banking tools.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business prospects across commercial, municipal, non-profit, and professional services clients.
• Promote deposit, treasury, merchant, digital banking, and related services through targeted outreach.
• Build strong relationships by identifying client needs and coordinating internal resources.
• Advise on cash flow, fraud prevention, and treasury management solutions.
• Collaborate with branches and retail teams to identify opportunities and improve retention.
• Coordinate onboarding and service delivery with commercial lending, operations, and marketing.
• Remain aware of market trends and competitor offerings to position the bank effectively.
• Represent the bank at community and business events to enhance visibility.
