Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a senior sales and treasury management professional in the United States to lead business development, close complex deals, and deliver tailored treasury solutions for new and existing clients. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales and treasury management, financial operations or risk management in corporate/banking environment.
• Commercial Banking experience is a nice to have.
• Commercial Card knowledge or treasury payment systems experience is a nice to have.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration/Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads business development by building relationships with prospects and clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities in treasury and cash management.
• Leads complex deal closures with internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient execution.
• Evaluates vulnerabilities and manages risks within client portfolios, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversees client implementation activities to ensure timely delivery and provides feedback for process improvements.
• Delivers innovative treasury solutions to enhance client and internal efficiency.
• Represents the organization at industry forums to identify new business opportunities and reinforce the brand.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals and operational excellence.
• Manages databases and ensures data governance alignment and integration.
• Champions workflow improvements across treasury and payment operations.
• Builds long-term relationships with high-value clients, providing strategic advice on financial solutions.
