Qualifications

• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies consultative sales and relationship management practices to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
• Manages client sales inquiries related to product offerings, pricing, and implementation, ensuring timely responses.
• Conducts sales discussions, introducing innovative products and services and fostering proactive client engagement.
• Handles CMP by identifying client needs, building relationships, and driving acquisition strategies.
• Analyzes trends in overdrawn accounts to identify compliance risks and implement escalation procedures.
• Coordinates client implementation activities aligned with timelines and outcomes.
• Provides guidance on treasury management solutions to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Builds long-term relationships with high-value clients and offers strategic financial advice.
• Works with internal teams to define products and strategies that fit client needs.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
