Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Treasury Management Sales professional to drive consultative sales and manage client relationships in the Indianapolis area. The role focuses on generating leads, closing treasury management and payment solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across implementation projects.

You will analyze client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver tailored cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital for strategic clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies consultative sales and relationship management to generate leads and close sales of treasury management and payment solutions.
• Manages client inquiries on product offerings, pricing, and implementation to facilitate the sales process.
• Conducts sales discussions, introduces innovative products, and fosters proactive client engagement.
• Analyses trends in overdrawn accounts to identify compliance risks.
• Coordinates client implementation activities to align with timelines.
• Builds long-term relationships with high-value clients and provides strategic financial guidance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and internal controls while mitigating risk.
