Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida seeks a Banking Coordinator to support Global Treasury Services with daily banking operations, cash management, and client account administration. You will process transfers, coordinate with banking partners, and ensure accurate setup across platforms.

You will liaise with internal teams and external banks, maintain SOPs, monitor cash activity, and help forecast liquidity while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional service to management clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of treasury, banking, finance, or operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and recommend solutions.
• Proficient in Excel and Office apps; comfortable with multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Process daily banking transfers and reconcile transactions.
• Open, fund, and close bank accounts for management clients.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams.
• Maintain and update SOPs and reporting databases.
• Monitor cash activity and forecast liquidity.
