Job summary

Beneficial State Bank is hiring a Treasury & Client Services Supervisor to oversee treasury management operations, onboarding, and deposits. You will work with Relationship Managers, Lending, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and revenue growth.

The role requires senior experience in treasury products, client-facing activities, and strong leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across the function.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of treasury management products and advisory sales experience.
• Five (5) years in treasury management operations, service, or product implementation.
• Five (5) years of direct people management or supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising or leading treasury management teams.
• Experience supporting treasury management products including payments, deposits, online banking, and fraud prevention.
• Ability to analyze client account structures, product usage, and costs.
• Ability to prepare and review client proposals or product presentations.
• Strong communication with clients, internal partners, and management.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Treasury & Client Services staff to ensure service quality.
• Manage daily treasury management operations, product implementation, onboarding, and deposits.
• Oversee treasury management product implementation for new and existing clients with complex needs.
• Ensure accurate collection of treasury management and deposit fees.
• Develop and implement treasury management policies; ensure staff adherence.
• Identify opportunities for process/product improvements and communicate with leadership.
• Establish team goals aligned with Bank strategy and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support treasury management initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
