Job summary

Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long Beach is seeking a Treasury Management Services Supervisor to lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of treasury products for business clients. You will coach a team, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance while optimizing client experience.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to rollout new services, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in operations and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field; experience considered.
• Minimum five years in Treasury Management implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience with coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services including online banking, ACH, wire, RDC, real-time payments.
• Experience with treasury platforms (Q2/Centrix, FIS, Fiserv Bill Pay, Wausau/Deluxe).
• Working knowledge of NACHA rules and applicable banking regulations; professional certifications (AAP/CTP) valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing treasury management team.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation for complex client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, workload, and performance; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and operations to implement new products and upgrades.
• Provide escalation support and exceptional client service for treasury solutions.
