Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires/ACH payments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Treasury and fund accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury operations, strong analytical skills, and a client‑service mindset. Remote work from select US states is supported, with a focus on reliable, detail‑driven work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in treasury ops, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail‑oriented with accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support the adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Work closely with fund accounting teams on the processing of client cash transactions, adopt a client service mentality when dealing with internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and People Ops, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects, as needed.
