Job summary

Alegeus is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst in our hybrid Boston hub. You’ll support cross‑functional analytics, optimize reconciliation processes, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.

The role relies on advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements) and familiarity with SQL or VBA. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance required; 0–1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cross-functional analytical processes for items and issues to solve underlying trends and prevent future occurrences.
• Perform independent analysis to maintain partner standards for reconciliation issue resolution and escalate when necessary to ensure compliance.
• Drive internal process improvement and efficiency objectives.
• Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.
• Partner with the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination with our clients.
• Reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts and provide deliverables accurately and timely.
• Work with Excel and SQL-based internal tools on large, complex projects with company-wide impacts.

Position Compensation Range: $43,800.00 - $74,500.00

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job‑related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
