Responsibilities

• Oversee back office and banking operations, including CIP, OFAC, reconciliations, transaction processing, and claim resolutions for CDH and HSA inquiries.
• Meet daily productivity goals, including managing priority client tickets and responding to work requests within SLAs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues that pose financial risks to the company.
• Monitor and report on trends, ensuring high-quality work while addressing potential processing issues.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Oversee back office and banking operations, including tasks related to Consumer Identification Program (CIP), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), account reconciliations, transaction processing, and claim resolutions for Consumer Directed Healthcare and Health Savings Account inquiries.
• Meet daily productivity goals, including managing priority client tickets and responding to work requests within defined SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving issues that pose financial risks to the company.
• Monitor and report on trends, ensuring consistent and high-quality work while proactively addressing potential processing issues.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager to support overall business objectives and operational improvements.

Essential Skills For Creating a Lasting Impact

• Abilities: Able to manage back-office banking operations, resolve client issues, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions while maintaining high productivity and efficiency
• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in financial services, financial operations or related fields.
• Education: High school diploma required

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range

$18.32 - $31.15
